Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time the reservation is made, however you may amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival and a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. In the case of a no show or a cancellation inside 24 hours, the total price of the reservation will not be refunded. 
Helihikes are weather permitting and if unable to fly due to bad weather or minimum numbers, a full refund for your flights will be given.
